Expectations from Organisation
Nominate 3 employees from your organisation (employees can voluntarily nominate themselves or can be chosen by the Management). Please mention the name, email id and phone number of the nominees.
Post the 8 weeks of Lifestyle Coach Training Program
The coaches will conduct a 24 week behavioural change program for your employees (voluntary registration). Each coach is empowered to train a group of 20 employees in the behaviour change program.
Certificate
The coaches will receive a completion certificate after the 8 weeks of training and after submitting the action plan to roll out the program within the organisation. They will also receive a Lifestyle Coach Training certificate after deploying the program to one batch of 20 employees in their organisation.
